The "original" that you likely heard was from a Daytrotter session. Which is basically like live internet radio. It wasn't something we technically recorded for ourselves. We love that one too and are glad it exists but it was never our intention to use that as the album version. It's special, like every recording folks do for Daytrotter. You are probably just super used to that one. Maybe this one will grow on you too. :)

Aes and Kimya, thanks so much for putting life experiences into songs...ones we can relate to in one way or another. Delicate Cycle in particular brought me to tears seeing how both humans and animals can overcome trials and live a happy & fulfilling life. My doggie Wolfgang who is 6, is being tested right now for lymphoma cancer and we'll know by tomorrow, so it really hit home for me & the fact that my life is on Delicate Cycle. You are truly uplifting and encouraging. Thank you so much.

When it comes to RSE, I am mostly into Atmosphere, Dem Atlas, Brother Ali and bump Aesop Rock every now and again, but this is the first time I ever hear the Uncluded. I had heard of them, but I finally got around to really experiencing them. And this song in itself fills me up with so much joy and inspiration, that my linguistic skills could barely hold even a smidgen of how I really feel about it. Sometimes I think things along the lines of: the human race is a disease of this planet, AND our mainstream music is a prime example of our distorted priorities - money, lust, greed and delusion - But then I hear this... and I'm like: nah man... that's only one piece of the whole pie.
