I would recommend to keep the dupe for the orb/dupe system, the best way to level his super attack is through elder kais, so you can do it with the gt story event. If you're farming enough of the hercule badges you can buy some of them...basically you can do this with every story event, as a generel advice

Proxi You got Omega Shenron? GG, you just beat the game. Omega Shenron is known as a God lead, who gives Strength types (STR, or Red), massive boosts to stats. He's also a good card for a villians team, with his debuffing super. You want to use him as a leader. As for subs, use reds. Gogeta and GT Super Saiyan 3 Goku and Vegeta will be in your best interests to get on this banner, as well.
