For anyone interested.The "Jewels" in the clock are not plastic like I first thought. They are Crystals. Was surprised that was not a selling point on the clock and box. Nice clock. Also the "night sensor" if in a too dark of a place will keep it from going off, no control over the sensor...minor thing to know.

It's absolutely indescribable I love chiming Clarks with keys that you wind 🌬️ the beautiful mellow chime is beautiful and the patina on the wood gleams with age

Awesome clock. Thankfully there wasn't any damage to the clock during S/H. Enjoy and thank-you for sharing. Two thumbs up and subscribed.

Thank you! I am still using the clock and am overall happy with it. A bit pricey, but a nice piece.

@ @@InTheWoodsPA! I was surprised how your clock came. I have the Rising Ringer motion rhythm clock. (A wedding gift from my Mom). It came real glass, and was VERY secured with sided padding and blocked cardboard on 4 sides. Nothing 'rattled' in the box. My clock arrived in a larger heavy box for shipping. To keep the clock clean, I just use a soft flannel cloth. Very safe and won't scratch the surface of the clock.

That is beautiful . I have the snowflake which I bought 10 years or so . Love it and love yours too. So instead of a pendulum to have a cog that turns . Neat

Remer to always use the cheaper heavy duty batteries. Not the long life like Duracell or energizer. Buy them at dollar store. I had corrosion once. My sister had Duracell in it. got my info directly from their website.

Duracells are also notorious for leaking

They do have a different version of that clock that plays Star Wars but a ridiculous price for Canadian price it’s $2000 Canadian American $1,330 that’s too steep for my likings, and I’m a clock collector I collect all kinds of clocks, not much into the father clock, so I got only three of those I do repairs on the clocks And sell them.

Thanks! Still going strong. Sometimes I get tired of the same tracks, which forces me to flip the switch to hear different songs. However, it keeps good time and produces a pretty nice sound.

Does it have a sensor for Low light so that it doesn’t sound hourly in the night when everyone’s sleeping?
@InTheWoodsPA2 жыл бұрын

Rhythm clocks are in 90 different countries not all of them can be made in a single country
@solinus71318 ай бұрын
Actually most rhythm clocks are made in China. Pre ~2008 clocks were Japanese made. There are a few high-end clocks sold in some countries made in Japan
