Rhythm: Moribayassa - Fanka version (Individual djembe dunun demo and performance)

Moribayassa is a traditional Malinke rhythm from the Northeast region of Guinea, West Africa. It's played after a woman's problem has been solved, when she does the Morbayassa dance as a gratitude dance.
Moribayassa is a typical traditional djembe rhythm. But what we wanna show you is our improvised version of the rhythm!
The Dununba pattern and Djembe 1 accompaniment are slightly different from how it's played traditionally. We also added our own rhythmic break. We hope you enjoy this video!
