You’re awesome! I’m an intermediate pianist at best, but I enjoy it and have a fairly nice modern piano. As Grandma I am charged, blessed and challenged with teaching the grandchildren to play. I took the first through beginning piano and she was not interested enough to seriously continue, but the second has talent! Your lessons seriously help my practice and enhance my teaching, so hopefully I can bring this second student along so when I’ve taught her what I can she will continue for many years ahead! Any suggestions are appreciated. I check in on your channel often! Thanks!!!

This is gold! I am so happy you did this lesson! Been searching for exactly this (and taught this way). I am a beginner/intermediate at piano, but mostly I want to sing/write my own songs. Which I have made an attempt at, but have been really wanting to level up. Thank you so much. I will be referring to this video tutorial often! ❤

Wow, Tim! This has been the best lesson you have done for me based on where I am. I am trying to get better at playing with a guitar and singer and improvising when the singer stops and this has been so helpful. Please do more like this. Thank you.

Please do a lesson on the non chord tones and the improvisation on the 12 bar blues. It would be so helpful in improvising when playing a song. Thank you for the video.

I'm very confused. In the very first Rhythm set (C Major), the music sheet says the notes are A C E, but you're playing a different chord. I don't know if I'm reading the sheet wrong or this is a mistake. Can you let me know? I'm a beginner, self learning, so its hard to be sure haha. Thanks!!
