her balance is so intense that not only did she go straight into a hand stand, but simultaneously pulled her head up or 'looked down' from her POV - in enough time to see the ball come down and purposefully catch it, even guiding it with her leg. And from the start you see how high she has to throw. This is a really cool video being able to see the difference in what training for specific skills can do... and i clenched for the boys haha

One of their mistakes is not spotting where the ball lands. If you notice when she does it, she leans her head in the handstand and spots ball landing making sure she’s in the spatial zone to catch it.
