I like using stack cables to send multiple step gates from 0-CTRL to open up the Blend, kind of gives you these little pops of chaotic snares.

Yes I find that Blend modulates really well. Good idea!

loving all of these videos, and the strega. i don't have 0-ctrl, but have used DFAM and other modular to add rhythm. also have made some great rhythmic patches just self-patching the strega and using the subdivisions. the sub to resonance connection on the two rightmost touchplates is super useful for this...

@@MAKEN0ISEMUSIC cm'on. I'm sure you did, GO for it, just plug a cable in!! i'm in love with strega btw and I 'd like to learn more about tones button, i'm pretty sure it's more complex than just wavefolding or stuff like that, pretty sure it involves some mixing with 1 on the four subs ( 3 being squares on touch plates, 4th is complex one from jack out...or maybe there are some more hidden ones) but I guess you alchemists want to keep your secrets

I've been using my "Make Noise Easel" (the trio) a lot and and I was wondering if you guys had taken on Hainbach's suggestion for a gig-ready collapsible stand for the trio as it would be truly amazing. I have been doing rhythmic stuff with my Strega a lot where a sequence from 0-CTRL is sent to 0-Coast and a copy of that output is reprocessed through Strega to provide a combination of percussion, noisy counterpoint and ambience.

Hello from Tallinn 🤟 Could you tell if Strega had a midi connection, like midi in on TRS to connect it to other systems (synths, sequencers,..) Thank you 🙏
@MAKEN0ISEMUSIC3 жыл бұрын
Strega does not have any MIDI connectivity. You would need some MIDI to CV conversion - the 0-Coast has one open channel of CV and one of Gate that can be used to send MIDI through to Strega, for example.

It only has one dedicated oscillator. You can modulate many parameters though including other ones that are “pitch”-like (the Agitator at audio rate, the Time circuit at faster speeds)
