Favorite robot because you prooved that it works with bumpers. Every other RI3D team I've seen has a mechanism or advertised functionality that would be negatively affected by bumpers.

In the end, all the robots, that count, will be working with bumpers.

I noticed that robot had the FRC 2016 Radio (WIFI bridge/accesspoint) mounted vertically. We were told to be sure to mount the new "radio" flat, instead of on its side, since it receives and radiates WIFI RF in a plain that is flat along with the flat design of the radio. We had our FRC 2015 Season radio mount vertical, as well, and had periodic WIFI connectivity issues with the DLink "radio", and quite knowledgeable competition volunteers encourages to mount it flat, for better reception.

I love this concept. It does everything but climb, which can be easily added. It also works with the bumpers included. Great job, and thanks for sharing!

+Delylah stich Easy is a relative term, especially in FRC. Having only 1 objective left to conquer with 5-1/2 weeks to do it is as easy as anything can get in an FRC build season. I am an FRC coach so I have experienced what "easy" means during the build season. Good luck with your concept this season!

The sally port defense is supposed to be pulled back by springs but in the video they just swing it open and it stays open

+Jovangel Ortiz We had a spring on it however the spring may not be the exact same spec as one on a field. It starts to come back but thats not easy to tell in the clip.

Hi. Nice design, especially considering the timetable. We wondered what you attached to your cim to spin your shooter wheel and how fast are you spinning it? Thanks

I don't believe in the rulebook that it is legal to "launch" a boulder unless you are completely in the courtyard.

anyone else think that high school students didn't do this?
@shishirpr29578 жыл бұрын
Yes, because it specifically says that a group of mentors did it in the description...

Being an engineer designing robotics and automation for over 38 years, yes your robot is impressive, but I give a F to the mentors. Way to involved in this project. Remember whose to suppose to learn. Who is impressing who.
