Almost complete show of the gig at Paradiso. Filmed in color and black & white. Though sometimes the camera couldn't get the sound I believe it does catch the great atmosphere of the gig. The Housemartins played a hall ball at Leicester uni 1984/5, stayed after the gig to stack chairs and sweep the floor 😂😂Fantastic band and proper down to earth lads!

Paul Heaton is a real nice guy,he's so shy & qwiite when he's being interviewed,like on a talk show. He's a brilliant lyricist,and him and Jacquie are awesome together brilliant tunes! I missed seeing these in concert in my Town!

Notice how the bass player says "Hot" to one of the band members and then a few momens later Jacqui spots someone in the audience needing water goes and gets some (06.48). Was at a Paul H gig here in the UK where they spotted someone fall ill and stopped the show whilst waiting for medical assistance.

He sang it yes. He wrote it down like an employed secretary for MY Beautiful South group I named . I dictated he scribed simple he works for me the silent partner the composer lyricist. Got it I created the songs over 35 years ago and lost my memory in a fatal car accident shortly after having a meeting with Paul in Rotherham a few months after. I was terminated and restarted 7 X . My memory returned and not the royalties from my compositions. Funny how you hold out a golden opportunity to someone like him and abuse the power it brings with the money. There's no need to be greedy Mr Heaton pay up asap
