I like the way he doesn't try to pretend that he's doing anything other than playing back music he programmed earlier. I love the cool people trying to dance to non 4/4 music. How can you dance when the rhythm is unpredictable?

I think it's a lot of Rian fucking about with well known tracks, but they often become unrecognisable, i.e. 24:00 is Oh Yeah by Yellow

Once to unlike and twice to undo your unlike. You can repeat those steps until eternity. Or at least, as long as your battery power of your device allows you to. So glad to help! Stay tuned for more tips on how to use KZbin. YouTuuDooLooDooooooo

Oh...Does it sadden anyone else seeing this who used to watch their favourite Dj's actually moving around enjoying themselves and making unique mixes on the fly via decks and vinyl and CD decks - rather than just stand there like a mannequin clicking the odd pc button or mouse...it all becomes just a juke box basically, played on a great sound system, in the dark.
@trentdutchiecartwright7575 жыл бұрын
it doesn't sadden me Mark; I am primarily looking to get excited by the music. I suppose if the DJ jumps around or is otherwise hyper-kinetic, it's a bonus. Though the EDM Armin van Buuren style hands in the air working the crowd ain't my thing for sure. A nerd in a very dark room nodding his head almost imperceptibly can be the conduit thru which thrilling electronic sounds reach my ears.
@sebeljassar23864 жыл бұрын
looks to me like he's too focused on making the music to be able to coordinate any kind of dance
@rhizome5504 жыл бұрын
yes, so sad. i love when the dj plays songs that everyone can dance to; the macarana, etc. I love when the dj is dancing and shouting into a mic for everybody to "jump", "clap", etc. the glory days of year 6 discos are long gone

If you're not keen on this, you should see Mark Fell's sets. Proper.
