@Walter White I'm in the same situation. Ordered mine in February, received with defects and damage making it unrideable. Was meant to get a replacement in June, it arrived in August with even worse damage and defects to the mechanics (rear mech and hangar) and it is completely unuseable with error codes from the system. 6 months since I purchased, still waiting to receive my bike. SO frustrating...

Thanks for the vid! Some of those custom colours look awesome. Had a slight sparkle on the red Ribble CGR I received and it does look super cool, shame the bike itself didn't work.

My old trek madone 2.3 is a simular grn with white lovely colour. Just recently received my ribble commutor hybrid Shimano ive taken the rack off put a carbon seat post and trek saddle got it down to 10kg 5lbs im going to put the 105 derailleur on off said trek and buy a 105 casette probably alivio rear shifter to get it exactly where i want it. Very impressive weight for a hybrid love the carbon folks. Best bike i could find for 600quid should end up around 10kg perhaps less with a carbon and titanium seat. I'd definitely call it a road style hybrid. One day I'll have a Ribble road bike not yet that's for sure Also put my trek stem on it to make it less, sit up and beg.

Nice. Can you do some more vids like this. Am designing my bike to order now and ideally would like to pop in to the shop to see the colours irl but obvs not an option at the moment. For example the difference between the black and anthracite.

I don’t think the music was the problem, from my experience, it was sometimes a bit too loud and drowned you out. Another great video, really like the red to orange fade with the matched cockpit at the end of the video.

I shoukd have gone for the custom colour now having seen this video. The matt black with red accents looks sharp but too stealth for me, I need to stand out in these busy roads. I would like to see a nardo grey with yellow and black accents, next time

Paintwork is impressive, Ironically then 'Ribble' logo detracts from the finished look. Personally, I'd request *without* logo The *Orange* colour is sweet!!!! Often when I see road bikes, torquise & yellow blend well.

Are the colour accent decals painted over with clear top coat? If i were to choose some colourful accents but later on decide that i don't like them anymone, would i be able to remove them without damaging the paint? i have slight commitment issues haha

Has anyone ever ordered a 2-ton fade using the flip paints? I'm leaning towards trying this out but it's hard to imagine how the fade area will look given the 2-tone nature of the paint itself. If this has been done, I'd love some recommendations for flip paint colors that complement each other.

How do you guarantee that your frames are fully aligned and your BB are completely round and aligned? I've had Cube frame Which was completely out of alligment.. Hambini has reemed many a manufacturer that has out of alligment frames/BB.

You should show all color swatches and finishes to give the buyer an idea of what each color shade and finish looks like. Spending thousands of dollars online without an accurate depiction of what they are buying is scary and discouraging.

Can you feed it up the chain of command that colour is maybe one of the biggest selling points. So a Trek domane does a gradient and is maybe the same price if I spec out a gradient with you. Why are stock designs so poor - not especially ribble based this comment but the Canondale and Orbea colours on base bikes are awful.
