Ric had a middle ear problem..Ric would have had the WWF title until Survivor Series..not after his ear problems he dropped the title to Bret Hart on Oct 12 1992..a month before scheduled to drop the belt at SS in November..none the less after winning two WWF championships in a year and that earned Ric his record 6th PWI Wrestler of the Year for 1992..Ric Flair was the greatest wrestler from 1981 to 1992 ..11yr run.. remarkable for a heel champion.
