Hogan and then the nwo made wcw. Before him n the nwo, wcw was just a money loser and a second rate company. Sting didn't do shit, and he would NEVER FUCKING A LOSE MATCH, EVER. And everybody talks about hogan not losing. Another joke.

Every time I watch one of these clips Ric is asking a bunch of rhetorical questions but sitting there waiting for an answer. He did it about 20 times in this clip. At least Conrad has realized he has to answer to keep the conversation moving.

Every ex wrestler thinks they were driving the bus and making everyone else look like a million bucks while they were underpaid. The only one who isn't an old broken down disgruntled prick is DDP.

Ric is exactly right about good guys and their predictions. Cena's credibility is completely shot because of it. Those 2 promos Cena did with Roman were absolute gold yet they had him lose both of the matches. He's come back and put everyone over so much that you can't believe him anymore when he does his pitch.

It's a well know fact that Ted Turner had told the Crockettes he would only purchase JCP if Ric came w the company. He wanted to make sure Flair was locked in b/c he knew the fans loved Ric & always came to see him whether it was against Harley, Wahoo, Steambiat, Dusty, Luger, Sting, etc. I heard Bitch-off say Flair never drew $, BULLSHIT!! How do you think JCP got so big in 84-88? It was Ric! I know it was other guys too but everyone either loved Flair or hated him & wanted to see someone beat him for the HW title. I know Flair wasn't a big draw in his 1st WWF run, but that shouldn't be shocking considering the WWF fans always viewed NWA/WCW as an inferior product, therefore Flair was inferior in their eyes. But Eric should be careful what he states, Flair most certainly drew $ for both JCP & Turner.

@@davidwayne8036: so true. Watch the cage match in the Omni against the Russians where Dusty came in to help Flair only to get double crossed. Fans were so worked up they were breaking into the cage and ready to kill the horseman. Never has that level of heat been replicated

I think WCW'S vision made WCW,the cruiserweights,Hogan,Hall and Nash, Flair,Sting, great chain wrestling, the deal or working arrangement with Japan,LESS sports entertainment and more WRESTLING made WCW all these factors, and Eric was a huge part of that, but Ric was WCW for me as was STING,but I loved everything about it,the Mexicans, the announcers, the crowds etc,it felt different,it was different, and I loved it.

yeah but even if the 4 horseman were getting put over like the nWo they would have never came close to the nWo's cool factor. The 4 horseman were old school heels in the way they conducted themselves. The nWo was hip for its time, they changed the game with their cool heel mentality, that people actually wanted to cheer for.

Ric flair was the guy that you didn't want to pick on the video game to wrestle as because of how he wrestled compared to everybody else in '96-97-98 and 99. They wore out the NWO story crap for that whole time and like he said they were always winning and they were cheating too which also got old fast. It was like fight straight up at some point and they never did it ever. It was so frustrating as a fan because I liked Benoit, diamond Dallas, Raven, Booker T, Chris Jericho and Eddie guerrero, The Iceman, Saturn, and they never gave none of them the World Heavyweight championship and spread the love or the glory and money. The NWO was hogging it all and Ric flair was used to hogging it all too and he was pissed off about it. Ric flair was just lost in the sauce and at some point it seemed like nobody really cared what was going on as long as they were getting millions of dollars and it was obvious. They were all on TV drunk and high. The NWO was acting like Lame 90s rappers and sting looks so out of place once he join the NWO it was like what the f***? I think that's when he went to go find God because he was like what the hell is going on here with these guys.

o and who beat you in 1994 for the title, when he won the whole arena jumped on their feet and waving their hand, and is was a sea of red and yellow, so stop bs ing and they had to manually add the hogan chants.. put the volume at mute 🔇 and you still see, hogan legit got the crowd behind him.. so stop bs ing. Ps this time not you or Conrad erase the comment and take the truth like men...

From 1988 to 1994 wcw was stale. The only star carrying wcw at that time was sting. The in 1994 hogan came in and in 1996 is when wcw started to rise again with nwo . From 1996 to 99 wcw was kicking butt. Research before talking..
