Ric Flair, imho, gave the best interviews. I remember watching him during the days of the Four Horsemen (when the Omni was still around) and some of those interviews were classic. Once as he was leaving the interview he said to Tony Schiavone, "Tell your wife I said hi." I rolled and the look on Schiavone was like (in a friendly way), "You d!ck." lol

Hey, Ric Flair is easily one of the most entertaining and versatile on the mic but The Rock is the greatest on the mic. Most Wrestling legends might not admit it but his resume speaks for itself... The Catch Phrases that sold crazy amount of merch, The crowd manipulation, the originality, the improvisation, the versatility, the engagement, the charisma.. Need I go on?

Ric Flair is one of my favorite wrestlers... Of Course I watched him. Anyway, The category we are discussing is mic skills not overall mystique. The Rock came up with so much catch phrases the WWE named a show in his honor... Are you serious? The Rocks mic skills were so transcendent and popular that he caught the eyes of movies executives... Need I continue? He's one of the best action actors in Hollywood... Don't you think that speaks to his charisma on the mic? Come on man, give me a better argument than the old "can't carry jockstrap" rebuttal... No one says that anymore loool!!! At the end of the day, Ric Flair paved the way, but the Rock took it to levels unseen and into uncharted territories.
