Blackbox Salvage Reputation Missions: Make Money In Elite Dangerous

When doing any salvage mission, once I get less than 1000Ls to the target destination, I come to a stop. Then I open the galaxy map and select the return destination station. Once the route is established, exit the galaxy map and re-target the mission POI. When you drop in to the POI, your ship will automatically target the system to jump to. Point at said system, and release limpets and open the cargo scoop. Switch to weapons while you wait for the limpets to do their job. Be ready to close the scoop, retract hardpoints, and jump to the system targeted once you get the mission completed message. This will save you when NPC's drop in to take you out and steal your stuff. They may get a few shots on you, but you will survive. o7

Don't select the Black Box when using collector limpets, just select "ignore" on anything you don't want and let one limpet collect all the rest. Like that you just need one limpet per signal source.

Same here. Made no sense. Not seeing the icons in the NAV panel and not seeing anything in my inbox. I stacked 2-3 inside the same system I was already in and never saw any reference to where to go except in the text of the mission (conflict area). There were a shiit ton of conflict areas none of which contained the targets. So I cancelled the missions and stuck around to assist the local security instead.
