When we grew up we had no internet, I had stacks of bodybuilding books that I read a hundred times over, these guys, Mr Drasin Mr Colombu, Bill Pearl Leroy Colbert Bless him, Jerry Brainum I read his articles so often. Never would I have imagined that we would be so fortunate to have youtube and all this awesome stuff to see our idols like Ric and Franco. Thank you so much Ric, we are so blessed!

I'm glad there's FINALLY a vid of someone using the Olympia tape. .and who better than Franco using it on Ric. . so awesome. He's been pushing that tape for quite a few months now. See it on the IG account alot. I still have to make it out to this office. . I called once years ago and asked when he's there, at the time front desk lady said he was there on selected days only. Might still be true, no idea. This tape looks rather tricky to do on your own on certain areas of the back. May deff need a 2nd pair of hands (and know how) to apply it.

I remember when he did a seminar at my gym in the early 80's in NJ and all he did was adjust and fix people and make them pain-free. I asked a training question and he looked like he wanted to kill me. Pretty funny looking back.

Ric.... I purchased a good quality massage chair last year, and the results are stunning wonderful. At the age of 60, I am always kind of tight, and a 2 times a month massage from a masseuse ain't anywhere near enough to keep my back comfortably loose. Just a suggestion that I took from someone else, and the dividends this massage chair gives me are truly wonderful.

I come from your normal sports background of HS football and wrestling and weight lifting an so on. I was then involved in amateur and professional boxing for 9 years. I still say that Pro Wrestling is the hardest on the body of all sports....probably even more than pro football. I don't know Ric at all, but my guess is the majority of his injuries came from the ring,.....not the weight lifting gym.

I just had a cortisone steroid injection in my right shoulder, I have a small tear in the suprspinatus tendon. I would love to know what Franco thinks of these injections? I was taped once, but removed it after 2 days as it irritated my skin

France was a true master of the body, & a professional. You should try Shiatsu someday from a bonified master. It balances your energy & hits the pressure points as well. I did it once, & it was great. Too expensive for me to keep up with the treatments.

You have a herniated disc in your neck this is not a muscle problem, the muscles are tight because there is instability in the spine so that's why the muscles are tight. Chiropractors will always try to tell you you don't have a herniated disc and it's a muscle problem. If you have numbness in the fingersThe most common cause is a herniated disc.
