Finally an authentic dhokla recipe. Thanks a ton! My mom used to make amazing dhoklas but she passed away 2 years back so I thought I would never ever know the recipe. After watching 20-30 videos of besan dhoklas I finally found this recipe which seems to be like my mom’s.. besan dhoklas have a halwai wala dhoklas taste and not authentic dhokla taste.. now I’m sure this is the right one..thanks a ton!
