Curd - 3 Spoons
Water
Salt - 1 Tsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Green chilly - 2
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp

Eno - 1/2 Tsp (2.5 ml)
Baking soda - 1/2 Tsp (2.5 ml)
Shing tel - 1/4 Cup
For Tadka
Oil- 3 Tbsp
mustard seeds - 1.5 tsp
green chilly - 2
hing - 2 pinch
water - 1

Yes, nimbu phool is citric acid..it cannot be replaced with curd.. Else you won't be able to get the perfect taste and texture..
