Very delicious recipes. Tq for sharing. I've a doubt always about the dough of rice floor that can keep it in the fridge the left over dough for next day ? And please share even sweet chutney made with ottu shavige. Pls clear the doubt.

I guess you can keep the dough in refrigerator in a airtight container. Use it only after it comes back to room temperature.
