Ingredients:
- approx. 15 medium-sized bell peppers;
- 1 kg of onions;
- 1 kg of champignon mushrooms;
- 1 large tomato;
- 2 large carrots;
- 250 gr of rice;
- 800 ml of tomato juice or 3-4 tablespoons of tomato paste mixed with one liter of water;
- 1-2 small bunches of dill;
- 1 bunch of parsley;
- 1/2 teaspoon of smoked sweet paprika;
- 2-3 bay leaves;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 30 ml of sunflower oil;
- cold water, enough to cover the peppers in the pot;
- salt and pepper to taste;
If you don't use a double-bottom pot for boiling, make sure to place the dill and parsley stems on the bottom of the pot to prevent the bell peppers from sticking.
