They're calling him Kagami, it's just more of a Japanese thing to call someone with their family name instead of their actual names. Only best buddies call each other with their actual names. In West, it's opposite there's very few people do this(as far as I know). So may be that's why you reacted to it the way you did.

I'm Japanese so I have to say that the No.1 basketball anime is always SLAM DUNK no matter what. I wish you guys had had a chance to watch the movie of it called "The First Slam Dunk" in the states. It was the top grossing film in Japan last year actually. Anyway, enjoy the Kuroko!!!

@@RenderB12 Try Ays Reaction, AyoLaxzone, or Elevate Your Power Level. The first two are not official players I believe, but Ays always gave a good analysis on basketball, he clrealy can play well, Ayo's reactions are always HYPE, and EYPL is Coach Donny's channel, he is a volleyball coach and player, but he also plays and knows basketball. From a top of my head, these guys are popping up, but there are a few great reaction out there still. If you know more, also let me know, I wanna watch some. :3
