Ace is the foil to Luffy and the example of the potential of the man that Luffy can, should and will become by the end if the story. Ace is my FAVORITE character and regardless that these are filler episodes, i will happily rewatch them simply to see his character.

I am also not the only one who truly loves his character, but everyone has their own ideas and opinions and are fully within their rights as to how they feel about various characters, shows, etc.

The thing that i love about one piece is that oda puts in real life tech and history into an anime like the dance powder is a real world thing called cloud seeding and it is controlled because it can be toxic to an environment but he sprinkles it in with such fennese that it makes you relize its not just about this great crew of people but somthing you can compare to in the real world can't wait till you get caught up i know you'll will love it 💯🔥anime he just puts it in a fictional world but similar to real event's super unique anime for real .

Fellows you just don't understand a lot of things. Yosaku said before Arlong Park that the reason of Grand Line be called "Pirate's Graveyard" is because three powers and ONE of them are the seven warlords. So I will not spoil you with future information, but this world is not that "estatic" or that predictable as you think. By the way, apart from Vivi aand Kohza backstory all these passages are fillers. In fact Ace did not travels through the desert, he said goodbye at the port before defeat thos baroque ships. Then I just don't understand why you jump the last two fillers (they are much better than this Scorpio story).

In the initial stages of watching one piece u will definitely feel this way that why only luffy is the one defeating all villians. But once u reach 1000 episodes u will understand why it was necessary for only luffy to defeat them “to liberate and bring JOY” to the people of those island which they visited. Oda is not boring that he will just mindlessly write an episode. All the episode will ultimately link to one thing. He is a genius🙏🏻

The fact is, yes, luffy did what it want, he is the captain of the straw hat crew. Look at much Shonen the first hero beat the best opponent. All of them have they opponent. Luffy would be the king of the pirate then it's normal he fight the strongest. Mihawk is an another case the deal is different. If the straw hat fight against shanks crew would you zori or sanji beat shanks Thr other fact it's harm that you are not attentive because you don't rely drum-wapol-blackbeard-ace-whitebeard ( which ace is after him) . Very important think that's no spoil that's says. One piece is fighting, yes but very intriguing. The fight of Naruto are perhaps better as in one piece ( but wait the fight will grow up) but the intrigue, mystery, are much more as Naruto ( abd i like Naruto). Luffy is so innocent he can't calculate iam, iam iam etc etc. A think ida saus sanji would be named Naruto, but he let his friend Masashi Kishimoto named is main character Naruto

Pre timeskip fight? Serious. But in a way, luffy’s creativity made it goofy and fun, but not in a cartoony way. If you compare that to what they were watching right now on shippuden, Im sure even hardcore op fans would agree naruto fighting choreography is much cooler. This is a non bias critic of op, and I can for sure tell you Im an obsessive fan of one piece. And i see these things because I watched op closely and watched it several times everytime there are new reactors popping up.
