INGREDIENTS 🔻: 22 cm mould
• 1 medium egg
• 80 g of sugar
• 8 g vanilla sugar or vanillin
• 50 ml sunflower seed oil
• 50 g melted butter
• 10 g baking powder
• 250 g of 00 flour
The cream :
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 60 g corn starch (Maizina)
• 400 ml of milk
• 100 g dark chocolate
• 200 ml of already sweetened whipping cream

Yo la hago siempre, se puede cambiar el chocolate por otros ingredientes como frutillas, coco, dulce de leche. Lo que si, para que quede el relleno bien cremoso hay que mixearlo 😋
