Da Gorizia. Ho fatto il dolce ieri ed è venuto molto buono. Nella descrizione tra gli ingredienti dell'impasto ci sono 8 g di lievito di vaniglia...in realtà si tratta di zucchero vanigliato come indicato nel video e 10 g di lievito per dolci. Consigli: L'impasto più piccolo va'messo in congelatore altrimenti non si riesce a grattugiarlo. La teglia va'imburrata e sotto meglio mettere un foglio di carta forno per togliere il dolce facilmente.

I had the same questions and found out that "vanilla yeast" is vanilla sugar and "sweetened Cream" is heavy cream or whipping cream. Don't worry if you don't have vanilla sugar, regular sugar in place of it is fine. For the chocolate, I used dark chocolate chips.
