A thief is a thief. I doesn’t matter the race or their income. I used to work in a small store that sold high end clothing. Some of these rich white women (they are the only ones that shopped there so I’m not just targeting them) were thieves. At the end of the day small items at missing. (Belts, blouses, scarves, etc). Items not on sale but were part of the clothing they were trying on in the dressing room.
