Cops are telling him they got flagged down out of concern that he's driving drunk and he's so stupid and/or drunk that he thinks he's being accused of not paying for merchandise, "I got food at the food court and paid for my sh!+, I tipped the guy well..." @@jefa3524 Oklahoma need those laws. In Oklahoma 1st offense is a misdemeanor, it’ll cost like $10,000 with lawyer, fines etc, but with little to no jail time. I knew this girl who got 3 duis, the last two was within the same year. The judge gave her 10years in prison, but got out with in a few years.

Actually sometimes it makes all the difference in the world. I once had two police show up at my door intending to arrest me, I immediately got my retained lawyer on the phone to talk to them and they left without me. So if you actually are on the up and up, a lawyer can in fact save you from some bs.
