Seeing this kind of reaction, the kind of excitement and relief people feel out of juuuuust making it... How could I not want to be a part of that? To be honest, were my schedule a bit less fluctuating, I would so love to be in a static and throw myself at content like this. Maybe some day I will. Who knows! Gz on the clear =), haven’t touched TEA yet but it’s unlocked, currently working on double legend looking good so far unless something changes xD, but not gona lie I’m a bit afraid to go into Tea since it’s an 80 ultimate, I Hope it doesn’t obliterate that much xD. Well but that being said it’s 80 + 80 rotation and more messed up mechanics since it was released during shb, so probably a wipe party at start x). Well take care guys peace

it's certainly a lot more stricter with movement than the other ultimates, and it's currently the only fight in the game with an actual DPS check, where any DPS death will almost definitely lead to enrage. You need to be confident that you can do your rotation without looking at it, and look up a guide for your specific class to make sure there if there is anything optimized you do that. Beyond that it's just positioning and knowing the fight, definitely doable if you are willing to put in the time(which will unfortunately be far more than rich put in, simply due to the fact that not everyone is going to prog with a group of 7/8 clears, but you'll probably get a few people on ALT jobs, so you should have a few people per party who know the fight). If you can get past BJ/CC and Wormhole prog, you're absolutely able to clear it, so keep at it!

@@millerbacon Yeah I heard that it’s the only dps Check ultimate basically, but I assume that our dps is more on the good side, at least I think, I mean we do have a few 90% + dmg me included, not that it will matter anyway at the start, but yeah dps should be fine. I’m more afraid of doing like the mechanics since, at least in my opinion shb mechanics were harder compared to sb, I mean it’s basically HW mechs from savages, but it gets flavored with SHB so a bit scary x). And yeah in my grp no one cleared TEA so far, so all fresh and rdy to wipe XD. But endwalker will get my attention 1st anyway. TEA will have to wait awhile =)

Yeah, I am working towards progging TEA but first...I need a new mouse with way more buttons on it. Doing basically all your skills blind is so important and I can't just look down while trying to hit something like ctrl+5 or 6.

@@RiseInAfterlife I mean, I'd prefer a mouse that has lots of buttons on the side, but its not required at all. I'm a clicker, only use my left hand for movement, and I saw .4% enrage tonight. I'm probably going to clear it tomorrow, all while clicking every single one of my skills and CDs(I'm WAR), so I believe in you! Dont let anything get in your way, believe in yourself and do what feels right. Edit: if you feel like you're straining your hand uncomfortably, try out some new keybinds with wild abandon. Nothing says 1-6 are optimal. Maybe QWEASD or some other array might feel better to use, try out a whole bunch of configurations and see what works best for you.

He sadly didn't really react much to it, if at all. The first time he saw it, he was really focused and the other raid members were giving tips on what to do in the phase. And I think it's possible that he had already seen the transition sequence before starting TEA.

Dude Gratz on this dude clearing TEA. He did his job well and showing you guys that ultimates aren't bad as you think, just you guys make it look like it's freaking hard and saying rich got carried??? People who care about median are legit the trash of this games community. I'm parsing myself, with people who wanna parse. @@reidypeidy I watched the streams, was hard not to when the top 8 streams on the tag everyday were this. You have seven players, each with two dozen clears or more each, running him through this fight for 8-12+ hours a day for more than two weeks. Even with no deaths Rich came out of all three ultimates with an 8th percentile parse. They literally only made the dps check because the other players were so experienced and pushed the dps so hard. Rich was so low in DPS that during the final phase, even with only a single tank death, they barely beat the enrage. Rich was also a huge trap, nearly every single wipe was because he forgot what number he was, stood in the wrong place, or looked the wrong way during limit cut or wormholes or some other issue. "You can't get carried in ultimates" is such a copium statement made my people who have either never cleared them, or just want to play cheerleader. Good on him for the clear, but saying he wasn't carried is pure denial.

There are so many raiders who want to do three Ultimates but can’t because of anxiety or lack of closet space. They see 3x Legend as something greater. You all spit on those people’s plight. There are so many (TEA was harder in 5.1) raiders who want to do Ultimate but can’t (UCoB was harder in 4.1) because of anxiety or lack (TEA is easier in 5.5) of social networking. They see Legend as (UCoB was harder in 4.1 and 5.1) something greater. You all (UWU was harder in 4.3) spit on those people’s plight. Clear for 1 (UWU is easier in 5.5) Ultimate prog never happens (UCoB is easier in 5.5). This hurts and doesn’t help (TEA, UWU and UCoB were WAY harder in 4.1, 4.3 and 5.5). But congrats.

@@tajdior2893 You have to do the mechanics AND dps to pass. Having team members with multple clears helps a great deal as it cuts down the liablity, which lets be hones, was Rich. Also solidified parsing at spot 8 is not good for a Machinist.
