Congrats on ur clear! I took on a similar challenge had never been in an ultimate before, I took on UWU before the dawntrail release. it took 5 days of endless sitting in pf to get groups that disband after 3 pulls and making a discord with people i had met to get some progress in and finding a discord with people dedicated to helping people clear to finally being able to get a w. I know uwu isn’t as much of a challenge as tea is but I relate a lot to what you said in ur video. Sending positive vibes you deserved that clear!

7 raid days, using PF for that fight is just insane. Well done! My group finished that fight as well, with just 10 days before DT launch. Though we did it as a group and over a couple of months. definitely my favourite raid in this game so far.

Congrats on clearing one of the best raids in the game! My static and I cleared this in roughly 5 months due to very restrictive schedules and some drama from one of the members. Nisis are one the biggest walls, wormhole was our biggest hurdle that broke some folks.

I recently had to let go of my static due to lack of progression and jumped into pf to finish this fight. I was at BJCC 3rd pass but knew everything in theory. My first day in pf I saw Alexander Prime for the first time, managed to do up to wormhole correctly, then we wiped to someone else's mistake. After a few unseccesful PA prog parties, on day 2 I was like "screw it, c41", still only have seen wormhole once. I finally filled a party and low and behold, my first ever time seeing Perfect Alexander was the pull I cleared. The solo sim is an absolute gem of a tool, and watching a bunch of povs also helped me a ton.

Wow congrats! I had almost the same experience! Granted, I took a bit longer, started a month before Dawntrail, more on and off, but pushed really hard the last week with pretty much all my freetime to clear the Sunday before maintenance. I also think we may have played together at some point. The BJCC wall was so rough to push past for me, inception and even wormhole groups struggling to get through bj/cc for an ENTIRE week, and I was really losing steam. Eventualy there was one group that I was in where we finally saw through bjcc and I was able to do both inception and wormhole on my first time seeing them, before prompty dieing to J waves, but it was so invigorating. It took a few more days and dieing to PA enrage once before finally clearing. An incredible experience all around.

I also cleared it for the first time just a couple days before dawntrail came out and managed to get a few more clears yet it was one of the worst and best experience i have made in this game. The fight itself is a masterpiece no question but dealing with party finder made me lose faith. Arrogant and toxic people made me actually lie about my prog point so i would finally get past phase 1. Cannot wait to do it all over again with future rewritten ❤️

I did the same thing through project perfect. I joined PF for 6 days I think I raided about 10-14hrs a day to get my clear before DT and it was such a grind but the feeling afterwards could not be matched once we got the clear.

That said something I always tell raiders that want to get into ultimate - you get what you put in, it won't be handed to you and don't expect it to get handed to you, but you will get the pay off eventually whether its in 7 days or in a year.

i have a slight issue with what you call a prog point. It is a good practice in PF to designate your prog point by the mechanic you can do with your eyes closed, in your sleep, with hands tied and fingers glued together. THAT is a prog point. Reaching certain point in the fight doesn't make it a prog point necessarily. It is a cleanup at most. But of course nobody does that and behaves like a jerk if not outright lies about the afformentioned progpoint.

congrats on clearing Tea but I don't think it can be called one of the hardest raids? sounds like you are over hyping it. Mechanicly yeah it takes pretty good execution but the damage, heal, and mit checks simply aren't here for what ultimate is known is for. heck sometimes you have to hold dps so you don't push a phase too quickly. I mean Ucob was cleared with only 6 players. yeah it's a different ultimate but just goes to show you how powercreep changes these. Like congrats you cleared Tea in so short a time but just be aware current ultimates take a little more.

Mad assumption. If homie is playing well, consistently and knows/performs the mechs..he wasnt carried, full stop. Just cause his player rng was good(ie others didnt drag him down) doesnt mean he was carried. If you join a clear party, do things correctly and dont have inconsistent players and clear, you were not carried..you just FINally did the damn thing. If anything, he's carried by it being endwalker.

TEA isn't hard. Sorry to say but in DT only DSR, TOP and FRU later today are goin to be "Ultimate" difficulty. UCoB, UWU, and TEA are at best highend Savage difficulty due to no dps checks AT ALL. Even DSR and TOP have no dps checks, which was a major factor in those fights' difficulty. You can be proud of clearing an Ultimate from previous expansions, but you also have to understand that's it's not a big deal. Don't go into an ultimate for the difficulty of it, go into it for the prog and the experience of doing it. Difficulty doesn't mean shit if you're not having fun. Fun >>>>>> everything else.
