I started 5 years ago buying 2 acre parcels of land for $20,000 each in northern Ontario, Covid happened and every dollar I invested I got 4-5 $ back. You don't have to be a Doctor or engineer. Now I shifted the Funds from the land in to 2 house purchases. Im a factory worker with a grade 10 education leaving my peers in the DUST! If i had a time machine id go back to when i was 15 and invest my paper route $ because those dollars way back then would have compounded to 1000s each today if put in to the proper vehicle. Meatballs work and save , Hustlers snow ball there cash. 1$ today can be worth 1000$ in 10 years.

Pay off your debts. Debt free is a very good way to get to a million. Also a lot of multi millionaires do not outright own jets or boats. They split the cost with 2 or three other millionaires. One guy on youtube showed how he did it and it breaks down to cheaper and more convenient to fly private jet this way than standing at the airport. He also bought a yacht and wanted a place to dock it in another harbor so instead of getting a boat dock and pay money a month he bought a home on the water with a slip then rented the house out to the crew and used the slip. House accrues in value over time. Millionaires do stuff like this.

A national study of over 10,000 millionaires was done. The top 3 professions from the 10,000 people in the study: 1. Engineer 2. Accountant 3. Teacher. Only 15% of the 10,000 in the study had high level, high salary jobs. Oh, and Doctor didn't even make the top 5 millionaire creating professions.

I don't know if women necessarily have it much easier with making money on social media. As you said, pretty women are abundant and online, they are everywhere. One content creator showed up in my feed one day was "Violalovesbycling". She's a young gymnast from scenic Germany and does all these phenomenal bike tricks. She's very hot, is always in a great mood and produces quality content. She did video on her KZbin earnings and said it came out to 4 Euros per hour on average for the amount of time she spent making the videos, not counting the time she had go train herself to learn editing techniques. She said she would make more money working for a bakery. I don't remember her exact stats but her most popular video got over 13 million views and I think she has 170k subscribers. She doesn't just look pretty but is extremely talented and has professional grade material yet as of her earnings video, was making peanuts.

Just finished reading the unplugged alpha. It's a validating book well written and full of good advice. My perspective of the female gender is nearly exactly as written in the book. I had a few laughs as some experiences I've had are word for word in the book. I've learned a few things and will be reading it again as advised in the book for the reason it states.....females are different than you/I think and this new concept of them, how to deal with them, how to think of and treat them, as described in the book, is, for me, somewhat difficult to wrap my head around. In this day and age of an easy lawsuit on you, the unplugged alpha is a good validator of what it's like to live in today's world of feminism and the poundmetoo movement. I also have ordered the first book of the rational male, should be here Tuesday. It comes recommended also. The unplugged alpha was a great start for me. It's a very small investment for the reality, advice, and validation it contains.

Two comments: Firstly, he's left off #6, which is be a good capital allocator. In the last year I've made A$744k in pretax operating earnings, and A$3.4m in unrealised capital appreciation on my stockmarket investments (in what is just about a bear market at the time of writing). If I had to choose between forsaking either my entrepreneurial skills or my capital allocation skills, losing the former would be an absolute no-brainer. My operating earnings also happen to take about ten times as much hard work as my much larger capital returns. Secondly, you need a hefty amount of luck to do any of these things. For starters, you basically need to win an ovarian lottery to get the right genes, upbringing, demography and/or geography to be in a position to have a shot at getting into this club and even then, the two biggest factors to success are (a) being in the right place at the right time and, more importantly, (b) staying away from the wrong place at the wrong time. My advice to 99% of men, is forget about being a millionaire, just focus on creating improvements on yesterday's version of you and/or the foundations of your life. If you become rich by doing this, then that's a bonus. Everyone can improve. Far fewer than 1% can stay in the 1%.
@seansingh8862
@seansingh8862 Жыл бұрын
@@user-xn2wg2oe7s I won the ovarian lottery. I was born with a very even temperament. Losing money only bothers me if it was due to a flaw in my earlier analysis that I should have seen with the evidence that was available at that time. If it is due to a market downdraft or due to a risk that I knowingly accepted, then it really doesn't bother me at all. This is not something that can be learnt, it's hardwired.

@@user-xn2wg2oe7s For what it is worth, I've been dealt a dud hand when it comes to athletic talent. I've done plenty of martial arts and weights in my time, and I have no doubt that there are plenty of people out there who have never done a day of martial arts who could kick my a55, and I've met an African dude who was my size who benched 110kg for reps the first time he set foot in a gym (my 1RM was 90kgs at the time - and I worked hard to get it there). In life, you play the hand you're dealt.

No disrespect bro i disagree with some of what you said. Right place at the right time.... every man unless hes handicapped has abillity to put himself around high value ppl. I was living in sf 3 years ago. Barely crackin 50k a year, and still had friends making multiple six figures and one paying on a mm dollar mortgage. With the internet, it has become infinitly more easy to become a millionaire. I agree alot of about genetic lottos but i belive heavily in being a underdog as well ie, the guy that had to rip and claw for position in the world as opposed to Jon Jones, who has all the genetic blessings and still is a fuck up, because he takes those gifts for granted

@@seansingh8862 ok now i fully disagree with that. First off you cant throw rich in the mix in your point when he mentioned being an influencer, ie women influencers (being not particularly useful when it comes to advice) but there making alot of money. Clearly a large portion of influencers dont have a high iq . To your point about Iq, that really only matters for the professions rich mentioned like being an engineer. But bro theres plenty of 6 figure 7 figure people in the personal training world that arent thay bright when it comes to technical things. To be inovative and create something brand new, mark cuban mark zuckerberg, you need a high iq. Thats why there billionairs. But bro 50k is just surviving. Everything isnt about iq when it comes to making money. Its also will power determination. I had a businsess coach, multi millionaire.. was a C student. Iq isnt everything

It’s not how much you make but how much you keep. I know of many millionaire school teachers. If you save, invest in index funds, pay off your mortgage and don’t buy adult toys like cars and boats, you can easily build a million dollar net worth. And yes, I practice what I teach.

I know a 30 year old electrician in MN. He finished his education at 20 with very little debt. He owns a $5,000 house , free and clear, that he gutted and rebuilt in a tiny town in central MN. He works the week in the Twin Cities where there is great need for electricians. He works 12 hour days M-F with living expenses near zero. He invests >$50,000 annually. He now has about $1/2 mil. No kids and a woman who has her head on straight (living in sin). He will be a millionaire at 35. The chances of his failing are near zero. Rich, playing intelligently has better odds than playing to win. Chose one*s profession/trade with care, live MINIMALLY!!!, invest massively and let Father Time work his magic.

Being a millionaire by the time you are 50 isn't hard. Just live in a normal city. Buy a home and start a 401k by the time you are 25yrs old. Just doing this, while working in a call center.
