Great explanation. At the same time health wealth.wealth does not bring heath. Poor dad will think like that only because his circumstances will not make him to think much like rich dad. I believe any person need to think out of the box of his circumstances and need to take calculated risk to become rich and think like rich dad. How ever rich dad take more risk and here his health plays. But for a poor dad there has to be at least a penny on investment to take that calculated risk to get converted to more pennies which thinks about him . No matter a poor dad if converts into rich dad definitely it takes at least his 45 to 50 years makes his son to either think as rich dad or a looser . What do you say madam . A house being a liability is a big shock to me. That's my key takeaway and you cleared the cloud by differentiating asset and liability. In contemporary world, investing in an asset is little complicated yet challenging task. Requires a bit hard work on studying areas and rapid timely movement of funds .
