Lolwe and Migosi are divided by that road adjoining Kakamega road. This estates were built when i was apupil. There is no kondele estate. Kondele is ashopping centre bordering Migosi, Manyatta and Nyawita. Do something about Tom Mboya, Kibuye, Arina, Nubian estates... Arina was my hood in high school.

I missed on this Migosi and Lolwe. For sure, to do justice, I will plan to redo the area and especially cover both Lolwe and Migosi. Happy to hear you understand the area well from an early. Tweak your camera settings a bit. The brown hue is way too saturated making Kisumu look like Kampala.

Lolwe estate not migosi

Thanks for the continued support. On this one, am really lost. Differentiating between the two estates is tricky. Will one day redo the two to get the distinct boundaries and if they neighbor each other. Maybe you can share more insights on the two.

They really destroyed this estate, I leaved in this estate 9 years ago and back then it had an estate gate of which shops were not allowed inside the estate and half of these buildings were not there, there was some level of organisation in the estate not this random development happening now

That means there has been negligence of some form or do we attribute the disorganization to increased population growth? Some of these issues are controllable but most of times given a blind eye.

@@ShiftingNews it's just pure greed because the estate had a management which was supposed to oversee the implementation of the estate plan on where buildings are to be located and common areas, they even did some maintenance on common areas, because of the main gate into the estate a lot of the homes didn't have perimeter walls back then..it just looked a bit tidier

@@amollohisaac Like stayed in Kenya re in 1998....it had agate, anursery, agym and fully gated.. It was the only enclosed estate in Kisumu with modern buildings.
