I think district 8 apartment is better. It's very luxurious and better located in SCBD area. Kuningan area is notorious for its traffic jam.

Keraton Residences, Regent at Mangkuhur city, The Pakubuwono Signature, Dharmawangsa Residences, Anandamaya Residences. the most popular expensive apartment in Jakarta. which is in Pakubuwono, 70% land area is Green Area, (not at all apartement have it).

Quite spacious rest room must be design for deep pocket foreigner,indonesian original style is small rest room Usually april to september is dry season though rain sometimes

@@on.theworld clearly not the best,considered on the most polluted in the world,well i suggest you take a walk especially on sunday car free day and experience by yourself,you jugde by youself,hot humid but you will kinda like it though some part you dislike
