I liked what he said about Martin and Lewis. Watching their old shows from the early '50's, some of it, just doesn't work for me. The silly scenarios of some of their routines wouldn't work today. But very popular in their time, as Rich mentions. After seeing Dean Martin on his own show, I was used to the personality he made his own on that show. Then I see his earlier work with Lewis on their earlier show, with Martin getting so slapstick with Lewis, and it's disappointing. But it was if it's time, and it worked for people. That's fine. But it just seems so dated now.

i believe this was recorded 2022-2023 / Little references Joe Biden, and the interviewer keeps referring to RIch's book. Rich Little had a book published in 2022.

It was originally published in 2016, with a new edition (with a couple of new chapters) released in 2023. I assisted in the research for both editions.
