There’s a memo to the school where to unload and load passengers, there’s a sign no loading and unloading, the driver ignore that sign he was caught, the driver refuses to show his license, tow the vehicle , give the driver a citation, diving without a license, because of his argument he wasted too much time of the enforcer, obstruction to the flow of traffic, ass hole guy

Explain the violations...If no license and a parking violation, issue tickets and tow the vehicle. Keep the violator nonsense plea at a minimum, it slows down productivity. Let the violator plea his case in traffic court. This violator thinks they can talk their way out. They should be dealt swiftly and pay their violations.

Hey Gadget Addict, the problem with MMDA's implementation is, they keep telling motorists that they can dispute the violation. Even if these motorists get to dispute the violation, they're at the losing end because of the time spent to dispute what shouldn't have happened. So tell us, what does the agency you represent do to erring apprehending traffic officers? Do you ask for their resignations?

in vancouver, canada - if one is r apprehended. no comments, keep quite and just give the driver's license. this is just a waste of time to be explained over and over again. the driver should be charged with 'contempt of law'...why should he get a better treatment, law is law...it's about time manila city is being 'overhauled' from top to bottom. our city, citizens and future generations deserve more lawful system and much organized city...the officer perfect for his positions. he's got the right temparements, and logic. he deserve a medal...way to go :)

If you will listen to the driver, he has somewhat saying some cause for concern. The rules are not consistent, it should be followed 24/7 and not just on a special day. That is what lacking on government, the consistent implementation such as no smoking no littering to name some. On bigger side, what happen to the corruption cases open during senate hearings...nothing due to lack of will to implement the laws. I am not into the driver, we should listen to his arguments and made some adjustments.

I hope the blank ticket has a provision advising the violator to go to a special or specific court if he has any complaint with the citation for any violation. This way, arguments will be avoided. Just write the citation, that’s it no more stree conssuuming hours of unnecessary arguments which is really time-consuming and almost without closure.
