Nanette Hammond is a mother of five, but not only has she spent half a million dollars on surgery, but she also treated herself to a bright pink convertible-just like Barbie’s!

Never get plastic surgery! It's really bad for your skin and sometimes it's not worth it! There are some people who have had plastic surgery and it made them look worse! Go for a natural look! It's much better!
