As an older woman (57) I look nothing like the woman I was when I was 23. Sadly, people expect these stars to maintain their looks. To look the same 35 years later. It's not physically possible! These women are trying to stop time but they've got to learn that it's okay to grow old naturally...gracefully. If celebrities embrace their looks at older ages then the public would be more accepting but because they dont for fear how they look on camera, then they begin influencing how the public thinks and look at them and even how them theirselves should look when then get older. Ikr...when I was a child we had to write an essay about whether plastic surgeries help or not. And I was on the "no" side because you are not your natural self and they are useless. Let's put the "I want to look a bit prettier" case aside for now, my mother who helped me write the essay told me that sometimes people *need* plastic surgery from accidents, etc. Sometimes these silicone stuff are helpful. Michael Jackson did not get plastic surgery everyone just said that he had various diseases and was severely burned which he had to have surgery for and that and the disease changed his appearance drastically the media bashed him and made it seem like it was plastic surgery he did have his nose done that's all trust me he did not want to look like that he said that many times in many interviews but part of his disease caused tissues to die so his cheeks and face changed. the media is sick trying to make it seem like its something it's not but also making him seem like a bad person for it. He did not like his appearance but he could not do anything about it. I'm sorry this just really annoys me because looking back on some interviews the things he said and how sad this made him was horrible. Donatella was not 'ugly', she was just average looking. She did not have big lips or anything like that. If you look up pictures of her as a young woman she looks so much better. The only thing fake then was the bleached blonde hair. It's a shame she ended up bleaching her hair and tanning her skin to the point it looks leathery. The fact that she also wears clothes that fit a much younger looking woman does not help. She's horrifying to watch now.

To me it's just sad that people's insecurities get amplified by being in the industry, as well as the industry beating them down, causing them to get surgery. It's so unfortunate that as a collective we're not comfortable in our own skin and we can't be happy with our unique looks. I understand corrective surgeries like fixing a deviated septum but surgeries to fix your "flaws" are so sad. It just really breaks my heart.

Some of the people on this Plastic Surgery list are so ridiculous you can’t compare a picture of what someone looks like at 20 to what they look like at 50 or 60 years old and then say they had tons of bad plastic surgery that made them less attractive...that just makes no sense. It’s not always bad plastic surgery it’s mostly natural aging sometimes combined with Botox or fillers which is not extreme plastic surgery. Courtney Cox is 54 years old how many 54 year old women look as good as she does? Yes she is older and Looks a little bit different.... totally normal.
