My nephew is like this to his slightly older sister, and to his 2yo brother. He is the most vengeful child ever, he is like the kid from Trilogy of Terror 2. He was so pissed at his sister for helping with his cookies while they were baking, that he decided to turn off the Timer and let all of the cookies burn and the whole house filled with smoke. And didn't see anything wrong with that, couldn't understand why we didn't want to die in a Cookie fire.
