I hadn't heard about Richard Butler until last year (via another podcast guest). I really enjoyed learning about him and the history of nuclear arms control debates while I researched for the interview. I've an uneasy feeling we'll be reliving many of these debates in the next decade or two. Hope you all find the conversation interesting!
