For some reason it seems like every bit of 'old' footage, whether it's an old song, or show, or talk show appearance can't be uploaded without some gormless twit remarking 'yesterday good, today bad'. Man, Richard Harris could have been a stand up comic if he chose to, especially with his excellent sense of comic timing and being naturally funny. He’s the fun loving Irish grandpa we wish we all had, especially with his rambling, energetic storytelling. No wonder why he was cast as Dumbledore. Oh, imagine what the Potter movies would have been like if they were made in the 60’s and 70’s. He sounds and looks more than a little bit like his son Jared here-though accents are obviously different when speaking. Man, Richard must have been a ball to hang around with when he was alive.
