But the fact that we are seeing him lead a successful show like bodyguard and be an Emmy contender years down the line is a testament to his hard work and skill as an actor. Emilia is setting herself up for big things behind the camera as well, not just in front of it. Emilia and Richard are definitely the ones to watch. Plus u didn't need to make it a Sophie vs Emilia thing. People like u are so annoying. Always pitting people against each other. Besides, im just being a realist. Sophie is much younger which in Hollywood youth is everything for an actress. Emilias movies haven't done all that well either at the box office and Americans can be extremely bias against foreign actors. Many British actors tend to fade out when they are no longer starring in hit movies or tv shows while American actors continue to get work.

I spoke about Emilia and Richard without thinking about the other members of the cast because at the moment those other cast members aren't as relevant as the two I originally mentioned. YOU decided to throw sophie in there to try to put Emilia down when it wasn't necessary. Interesting how you didn't try to pit Kit against Richard, but only felt like doing that with the women. You said you're being a realist, but you're clearly living under a rock since you don't realise that age is becoming less of a factor nowadays when it comes to getting continued opportunities in Hollywood. Meryl streep herself said her career didn't really take off until she hit her forties. She's near 70 years old and gets better roles than women young enough to be her granddaughter, and no, I'm not saying that Emilia is on meryl's level, I'm just talking about the age thing. Other examples are people like Natalie Portman, Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, Amy Adams and Laura Dern. They're all STILL getting quality roles. Further showing that this age thing isn't as much of an issue as it used to be. Did things slow down for them at one point? Yes. But that's why they decided to go ahead and make their own shit so they could create their own opportunities moving forward. That's exactly what Emilia is doing now and good for her she's starting young. She's using her influence and her connections to invest in herself and her company to make sure she'll be in a position where she won't have to worry about who'll hire her. Something a lot of other young actresses would be doing if they were smart. So no, Sophie being younger than her really doesn't mean shit.
