Mr.Mister I would have been able to get a large number of those. But would have taken more than a minute for 29.

That's the thing though. I am pretty safe myself - though I tend to mix up island nation capitals in the Caribbean or Pacific, so one of these could kill me - but the time is harsh. 30 in 60 seconds sounds easy, but watching this I don't think I could do it even if only "safe" questions were asked.

That really is impressive. Unfortunately, it looks like this record no longer stands. It has since been broken by Muhammad Taha of Pakistan, who named 45 in one minute.

My question is, was it verbally asked or already written, then it's impressive that BOTH the questioner and the answerer can get 52 or even 45 in one minute.

Was this Pointless Celebrities or just regular Pointless with celebrity contestants? Either way, it must have been pretty low on banter if they managed to fit the world record shenanigans in to the 45 minutes.
@Sundae_Times2 жыл бұрын
It's called editing, mate.
@jeffrey442 жыл бұрын
@@Sundae_Times You've replied to a comment that included a question. A question that you are obviously unable to answer. Your reply told the world that the television programme Pointless (or Pointless Celebrities, we haven't actually established which) is edited. This is a fact that no one asked about or disputed. You've added nothing to the human understanding of the world or the structure of this particular episode of Pointless (or Pointless Celebrities). Think about what you have done, Johnny. You've made a fool of yourself and wasted everyone's time., "mate".

You realise the show is edited, right, Jeff? 🤦♂
@jeffrey442 жыл бұрын
@@GroundhogRoy Thanks Roy. I do realise that, yes. It's usually edited down to about 45 minutes or so I believe. This episode of Pointless Celebrities (or possibly Pointless with celebrities) must have been particularly low on banter if they managed to fit the world record shenanigans in. Do you agree with my hypothesis? That question is open to everyone.
