What’s going on with the pianist? Drunk? A bad beginning.

He is actually listening quite a lot it seems... if you are referring to the arm movement in his preparation, everyone uses their physique differently; this doesn't make him drunk or bad.

Maybe they're referring to the wrong notes. Felt sorry. He seems to care though and its a hard piece! "Nichts, nichts!" they're both charming nevertheless@@djcleavinger
