I also cook chicken sotanghon but yours has oyster sauce . I only use patis but I should try your recipe. It sounds rich and good for the soul. Adding mushrooms is a great idea. My hubby and I followed your inihaw na Bangus. It was the best. Thanks Richard!

I'm loving this recipe of yours because of the squid balls and eggs , the broth looks tasty which has carrots added on it ..looks super healthy veggie soup with sotanghon. ...my version, I like adding some shrimps on it aside from the chicken to make it tastier , lots of soup and top with toasted red onions , green onions ....super comforting and addicting.....thank you Sir Richard....😍🙌💙💛💚
