Hi Richard! I’m from London, and I liked the twist of adding curry powder in the batter. I mist try that. Your plating is perfect as well. Yes, fish and chips is a staple food in UK, traditionally fish and chips is eaten on Fridays. And people flock on the chip shops from lunchtime till late night, and the fun thing is, pag binili namin sa shop, it’s wrapped in either Manila paper, and sometimes newspaper, and then start eating while walking home or sa loob ng sasakyan.❤😂❤😂

Please make Picadillo - the one with Sun Maid raisins. It’s a favorite childhood comfort food and I remember picadillo served on top of white rice and it’s always in the “turo turo” in my school cafeteria and later on in the workplace cafeteria turo turo.
