DISASTER! KAYAK FLIPPED IN THE GENERATORS, Center Hill Dam

Thanks for the save, man. I appreciate it! Proper gear kept me fairly dry, otherwise it would have been much cooler. Lessons I took away from this experience are: keep a pfd on or at hand always, keep a dry bag with a change of clothes available, and to have a line available in case someone else is in my situation. Much appreciated again for the save and would like to go with you sometime!

Glad you were there to help that gentleman! I've only recently wised up and started carrying a full change of clothes and a towel in a dry bag inside my kayak. You never know when you'll need them!

if you are going to fish with generators you should put outriggers on your kayak.
