Why would you run all the electrical connections up into the headlight? Found this fun when working on my XL250

Richard I don’t know how you got that cylinder head cover on without stripping the 6mm holes out. I must have put 10 helicoils in the cylinder head and cover because of the gorilla with a wrench before me.

I have at least one helicoil holding the Rocker cover down. The aluminium is very soft and a known weak spot. The case halfs also have a couple too.
