I feel ya, but its something. You never know, most of us don't have an extra screen laying around, but I'd put money on it that there's someone out there that does! (Like myself, I save old phones in case I need it later, whether it's the battery, the screen or the phone itself.) Lbvs. It's an option. 🤷🏼‍♀️ So for those rare people that do have a screen/phone laying around, this is for them. (Or for those that have something in there they need that's worth spending $20 on a screen, in order to get their valuable or priceless stuff out of it.) I know I would spend 20 to get irreplaceable pics/videos of my kid out of a phone. 🤷🏼‍♀️ but that's just me..

Any way you can get all of your contacts etc. Off a phone that hasn't backed up any info to Google or any place else. The battery is only good enough to start and after about 20 second die. I spent hours trying to find a way to get my pictures off my phone with no luck. I had a very difficult situation because not only did my screen not work but my charging port was non responsive so I couldn't connect it to my pc. I followed your recommendation and ordered a screen for Galaxy S20FE and I am currently transferring my photos as I'm typing this comment. Use Smartswitch. It's easy to transfer from Samsung to Samsung with that App. It's made for Samsungs.

If your screen has no touch but the lcd is working you can use an OTG cable... S8 upwards comes with the OTG adapter in the box which allows you to plug a USB mouse. Great way if your lcd works but no touch.

Video is easy to learn. The App does all the work for you. All you do is buy a screen from Amazon or Ebay and since you dont actually install it, you can return it to get a full refund. Simple as that how I explain in the video.

I have a galaxy S7 and the screen went black so I took it in and they said it's the black screen of death. When you touch the screen you can feel the phone vibrate but you can't see anything on the screen. They want 199 for a new screen.

My iphone 6 has now Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or the ability to download an app much access the cloud. Replacement iPhone 6S works great my son sent. Turns on, I have the password as he reset the phone, I just have to connect it to my router to get the electronic handshake. So to ReCap! One has no Wi-Fi, the other does. At this point I have no way to get the app onto the broken phone. I could download the working app on a good phone to a device like Sandisk "iXpand" then install onto the broken phone, yet never heard of that done. Being retired limits your income, especially when disabled and can not work, so if you have any advice, I would appreciate it.

I suggest you buy a dongle USB-C that have HDMI and USB-A on it. Connect it to PC/TV monitor and a mouse to it. In that way you can use your TV/Monitor as screen and transfer it to new Samsung phone.

The reason this video is helpful to people is if they have an older model that they don't want to Pay to have it fixed and they already have bought the new model. If you had an old Galaxy S6, would you want to pay $125 to have it fixed at a store even though you already have the new model? Most likely not. A lot of people come to my shop for this service. They bought the new model and just want to get their stuff off their old model cell phone.

I just need my apps. I got a new phone and accidentally stopped the app syncing and now I have to install each app separately and some of them i don't have the passwords or logins for my accounts. Get your phone fixed. I believe, I'm not certain though, but I believe if you get your phone rooted, you can get into your phone or bypass the password. Rooting is like jailbreaking for iPhones but it's the name they use for Androids.

Seems like a ploy just to get people to download the app. If you get a screen.. then the app is not needed. He's just using the keywords broken screen as bait, but a broken screen is irrelevant here. If the app is so good at what it does, why not just advertise it by itself, without acting like it helps with a broken screen, it does nothing for a broken screen you're just trying to get more traffic by using the term "broken screen". I lost an old LG phone that they dont make anymore but found it 2 weeks later.Ive already bought a new one with same number and i dont know or think anyone i know or anyone for that matter has one , they usually update there phones or I mean get better and new ones So am I out of luck or could I take it to phone shop and have them do it. That means that the phone shop would have to have an old lg screen they could use so i'm kind of out of luck right ?After I found old phone up on my roof there was no rain except for the night before i found it. there was a quick rain that night . Ive dried it out for days and went to plug in charger and it buzzed ,but nothing on screen yet. I'll leave it charging and try again. If screen comes on i guess i can do it. Or just transfer to pc then to phone would be easier then this wouldnt happen again..so thats how you get case off with a heat gun huh, or would a blow dryer work? Go on Ebay and see if someone is selling a used one. Buy that one. Then open them both up and just switch the motherboards. Basically your phone will have the outside shell of the one you bought off Ebay. And see if it works again.
