I think there is a change in the vibe with this inverview. DA seems to be speaking like he's going the right direction. Perhaps because he feels like the offense is in good hands. I've hated on DA big time, but I still hope he finds success during his time as the head coach. I want the Saints to figure it out.

He is literally saying everything but we are copying the 49er’s offense. Our personnel are very comparable to what SF has. Hill, Shaheed and Kamara are good chess pieces that have not been optimized by Carmichael. Running more and having a ball control offense is the best medicine for an aging defense.

I’m a 33 year die hard Saints fan…..I’ve watched many different coaches come in and out of NO. I just cannot get behind DA as our HC. The way he talks, “Well Look”… “Listen”, he talks out his back door, and he needs to be a DC somewhere. I wish Drew would come back and be a QB coach, and possible our OC down the road. How much the players don’t back DA and his decision making shows that he’s not the one long term.
