Richie and his expressions are priceless and he hits points that people need to take note of not everyone that grow them hair is a Rasta
@mrcosna1 Жыл бұрын
But the world doesn’t know that. When they see a black person with locks they think Rasta. So when you have ppl singing Rasta music, speaking Rasta chants and then doing things like parring wid alphabet ppl outsiders see that as Rastafarian culture accepts them

This is facts ! Rastafarianism and being a Rastafarian has so much to it Nyabinghi , Bobo Ashanti and the 12 Tribes. As Jamaicans we need to understand this aspect of our culture . If we know and understand our culture others won’t take so much advantage of it locally and internationally . We wouldn’t even have so much time a tear down each other in the industry , knowledge is key .

Rasta is a livity ...NOT A RELIGION.. No imposter.. I also believe the living of Rastafarian is to be knowledge of the faith and not as a religion.. Religion bring division.. but they r using the image, if u learn the original teachings of the Rastafarian believe.. Yes Richie u r right there is no fore runners for the Rastafarian community, because those who were left the task, has gotten bought out and SILENCE..

Well I think, like everything else rastafarian is evolving into a worldly lifestyle. What is portrayed by the world is that there are easier and faster ways to bring happiness and wealth. Our definitions have also changed. Wealth is now defined by monetary values and not intrinsic values. Health, discipline, morals, and respect are not priorities like it used to be. As Richie said people know the value of things but dont value them anymore. Thats why women selling their bodies have been normalized, gays have been advertised, being a scammer, or muderer is being praised. Everybody just wants to have fun now. No one cares about the future. Well that's my perception

The problem is people don’t follow the laws and The Most High’s words, they follow their own heart. In the book of Leviticus, which is a book from the laws(the five Books of Moses/Torah), it tells you that a man most not lay with man the way he lays with woman. So it doesn’t matter what people think it’s just the laws, either you serve The Most High and abide by his laws or not. SIMPLE!
