@@AltitudeAerials I'd go with "sort of" cleared. It seems after the investigation they accepted his explanation and gave him a "time served" penalty. One issue cycling has these days is the public is so disenchanted that as soon as anyone fails a test, no matter the reason, they are demonized. Even if the infraction may have been an innocent mistake. Proving innocence is basically impossible.
